Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy a website or a plan from Local Service Booster SEO ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you agree to them.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Ready-made websites are a one-time purchase. Growth plans are billed monthly in advance on the date you subscribed.
  • The Ascent plan begins with a 90-day free period. Your payment method is saved at checkout and the first monthly charge happens when the free period ends unless you cancel before then.

Cancelling a plan

Plans are month to month with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by emailing seoexpert@localservicebooster.com; the plan ends at the close of the current billing period and is not refunded for partial months. You can move between plans at any time.

Ready-made websites

  • After purchase you provide your business details through our onboarding form. We set up the site and send you a preview to approve before it goes live.
  • An "exclusive" site is sold to one business only and removed from sale once bought.
  • Because setup work starts after you submit your details, a website purchase can be refunded in full only before you submit the onboarding form.
  • Hosting is provided through a growth plan. If a plan ends, we will give you a copy of your content on request.

Your content

You keep ownership of your business name, logo, photos, text and domain. You confirm you have the right to use anything you send us, and you give us permission to use it to build and run your site.

Results

Search rankings and lead volumes depend on many things outside our control, including search engine changes and competition. We do the work described in your plan, but we do not guarantee specific rankings or results.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
